Position: Full time OR Part-time Therapist
Client Load: 12-15 clients per week, option to build up to Full Time (23+ clients per week)
Hours: Flexible (Morning, Evening, and Weekend hours available)

Position(s): LPC, LCSW
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (W2 Employee)
Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
Provide in-person and virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, OCD, and other emotional challenges.
Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented group that values communication, personal growth, and shared responsibility.
Participate in weekly staffing meetings to review cases, share insights, and learn from your peers.
Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule: in-office and virtual options available. (We value work-life balance!)
Participate in community outreach and network through social media to help build your client base.
